# Business Model – How is revenue generated?
We generate revenue from facilitating RWA competitions.
RWA Competitions – If the winner choses the asset over the cash/crypto alternative, we receive the entirety of the entry cash/crypto.
Example:
McLaren GT RRP: £120,000 Competition / 200,000 Entries at £1.99 Per Ticket = £398,000 – Marketing fees, Asset Cost, VT Token Liquidity Injection = Revenue.
In result, the above competition would net £246,000 in revenue assuming a £20,000 Marketing Budget and £12,000 liquidity injection into our utility token. Marketing budgets will vary based on asset popularity and value.
Cash/Crypto Alternative: If the winner decides on the cash/crypto alternative, this prize will always reflect the RRP or slightly lower for exceptional circumstances. This way, regardless of winner choice our revenue remains at a steady growth.
It’s also important to note, multiple of these competitions will be running at one time and will include smaller RWA and some digital assets (based on market appetite and trends)
